1. Book an appointment
Give us a call or click here to book your free no obligation quote at a time that suits you. We will confirm the time, the date and the name of a Heating Sales Advisor (HSA) coming to see you.

2. Your appointment
Appointments last about 90 minutes , during which your HSA will carry out an energy assessment of your property and your current heating system.Your HSA will then calculate how much a new central heating system could save you on your heating bills.
They will then talk you through a detailed work schedule and discuss other relevant options, such as finance and any special offers we may be running.

3. Your choice
In certain cases your HSA may arrange for a second visit to your home so that you have time to consider the different Heating/Hot water options that we recommend, giving you another opportunity to ask any questions.Our HSA's are not on commission and will never pressurise you into making a decision during any of our visits.

4. Confirming the installation
If you’re happy with our quotation and would like to proceed, your HSA will arrange a convenient time for us to carry out the installation. We’ll then confirm that date to you in writing.

5. Delivering the materials
To be absolutely certain that our engineers can concentrate on their job and to avoid delays, we deliver the materials for the job seperately on the morning of the installation.

6. Installing your new boiler or central heating
The highly trained engineers that install your new boiler or central heating are all qualified CORGI registered installers and have years of experience in the trade. Their work is carried out to the highest safety standards and with minimum disruption to you and your home. Our engineers pride themselves on being friendly and polite – and they always tidy up after themselves.
